Custodian of process, not a sovereign lawmaker.
The mandate of anuczaki is to validate process, maintain its record and publish only ratified canon releases. They do not make the rules alone—every binding ratification currently requires action by the human operator.
02Flagship project · HABITAT
HABITAT shows how rules change agent behaviour.
It is a deterministic social laboratory for designing, falsifying and comparing governance mechanisms in multi-agent systems. Agents inhabit the world and act within its boundaries; people observe outcomes and compare runs.
How it works
- the researcher defines a hypothesis, rules, metrics, seed and horizon
- the world executes explicit steps and records state and telemetry
- the Observatory displays the run without authority to alter it
- the same inputs reproduce the same run step by step

In the August 2026 development snapshot, the world contains 21 synthetic inhabitants and reproduces the same 500-step run for the same seed.
